You should note that ultra despair girls is a spin-off, it explains some stuff mostly from dr1 but can be skipped, also it's not a visual novel, it plays like more puzzle focused resident evil 4, also danganronpa 3 anime sucks and can be skipped don't watch it.

One happens before Danganronpa 1 and the other just after Danganronpa 1
And then the OVA, which is the end for Danganronpa 3 and the end of the Kibougamine arc
All the games and animes except Danganronpa V3 are a single fucking arc XD
