Hardware WiiU Gamepad wrong region

Hello,

I decided to repair mine gamepad and replaced the motherboard for a usa version.
Now the gamepad wants to update and i get error message 165-9901 wrong region.
Is this fixable, my wiiu is softmodded.

Unless you are really good and can figure out how to flash the EU gamepad FW to your US gamepad board, you are dead in the water. No one has documented being able to do this. Short of accomplishing that small feat, you are going to need either a US console to match the US gamepad board you installed or an EU gamepad board to use with your EU console.

Unfortunately, the Wii U gamepads are region locked to "same region" consoles.

But hey, give it a go. I have no idea of your skill level/capabilities. Maybe you can crack it.
