Do all the games play fine if you chose to remove the headers while scrubbing a disc? What is this purpose?

As I understand it at present they should be fine but in the future it could be a detection method (similar to the xbox 360 method with the corrupt sectors although banning from whatever passes as internet play for the wii is not quite the same and may not even be possible).

The is the amount of compression possible

first point is, this far into the wii's life, it doesnt look that way.
'
second point, if dif files are kept, there is no harm at all right? It just means for now you can download games with less bandwidth, then when times comes if you need to restore them using dif's. you can download them for less bandwidth then a whole new game.

sound right?

1) Yeah, right now they are pointless. At some unknown point they could be used.

2) Dif files restore original isos so yeah. By the time anything like that happens I imagine there will be a custom IOS or three to sort things anyway.
