I have a 4.2U wii that I modded using one of the tutorials above. When I boot my backups using NeoGamma r7, after about 5mins the Wiimote loses connection. This happens with all backups. Originals work fine. Any ideas??? I am running ciso r14.

are you using a real wiimote or a knockoff brand?
are the batteries charged up?
do you get the same result playing the same game from neogamma off a usb hdd?
are you doing the 1+2 sync or the red button sync? both should work fine in this situation, but just to be safe, do the red button sync.
