Misc Wiimmfi Error -23917

Hey, so recently I decided that I wanted to come back to Mario Kart Wii and play online. I lost my old SD Card, so I had to re-download CTGP (and some Homebrew stuff) on to a freshly bought one. Luckily on my Wii I still had the CTGP channel, so after I installed all the files I just loaded that and it did the updates itself. After the updates finished, I loaded the game which worked fine etc. etc. but when I try and play Wiimmfi I get error code "23917" with "Wiimmfi access denied." (I checked my Wii is connected to the internet properly)

I've not played in about 3 years, so I'm not to sure why this is happening. I've tried deleting all my licenses, restarting the game etc. which didn't work. Could anyone help me? I really want to play. Thanks .
