Hacking WiiMC issues

So I was told to update to 1.2.9 however, since doing that its broken WiiMC and won't load.

Just comes up with a black screen with a bunch of numbers.

Can I ask what has happened?.

I found that they have 1.3.0 released, so I may try installing that but how would I do that?

Just copy the folder apps to your SD card. That should fix your WiiMC if you were accessing it using the Homebrew channel. As to why your WiiMC broke, I have no ide. Was it, WiiMC, an installed channel or were you accessing WiiMC using the Homebrew Channel?
