Hacking WiiLauncher dont find cheats

i d like have cheats for donkey kong country tropical freeze,i have install wiiLaucher on vWII but seems it cannot find any cheats.im doing correctly?this homebrew is used to load cheats for wii and wiiu right?

No, it only works for Wii games. Since the Wii U isn't hacked yet.

I didn't want to start a new topic for this, but I am having a problem with WiiLauncher on my vWii not being able to download codes from geckocodes.org. After running the latest WiiLauncher from WiiBrew, it performs all it's startup actions, I can navigate the menus, but when I go to download codes, it reads the Wii disc (along with the installed channels) for code look up. However, once I press A to look up codes for my Wii game, I get a message the code download failed.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? My wifi should be setup appropriately (I can navigate the Nintendo shopping channel on the vWii), so I'm not sure where else to look.

I have an empty "codes" folder in the root of my SDcard. Do I need to have anything else?
