Hacking Wiikey impressions

Pretty cool little chip, took little under 40 minutes to install with wires....not as small as everyone describes but enough to make me focus while soldering. Booted up config disk and set the region free real quick and proceeded to try some games....seems like the ritek g05s-r and taiyo yudens+r are doing fine. However, can't get crayon shinchan to work.....anyone else tried this one? I know naruto doesn't work from reports but maybe I found another one.

I using some cheap ritek disc as x8 speed and they work just fine, saddly naruto didn't work? hope there be a update very soon.

burned slower @ 2x with 2 different medias, TY and ritek g05, both no go, anyone else have luck with this one? Iso looks good, sfv checked out. We should get a compatibility list going for wii games.

I haven't got crayon shinchan and I don't think it'll work on my wii PAL

burn at low speed x4 work fine..

heh, thanks for the compatibility list. Yeah, so far everything runs except Crayon Shinchan and Naruto for me...got a US wii.....got another 40-50 isos to go through to test. Will see if anything else comes up. I've been burning @ max 4x....that's how I burned GC games before and I never had a DRE with any of my medias.
