Wii Preloader stuck

Hi! so I bought this Wii from marketplace, and when i turned it on it just showed the preloader menu. What should i do?

Can someone link me to the newest version..I downloaded one from the caitsith site..and I go to load it in Homebrew Channel and it says "This is not a valid Wii application"

I am running 3.2U, I also have the custom IOS

search for theconverter so it will convert elf to dol or whatever
