Can anyone link a tutorial that shows the file structure for wii flow with nintendont and emulator running games from a usb drive? I can find the tutorials showing how to install wiiflow but nothing much past that.

you install both in their regular directories wiiflow will detect it

the wiiflow being on the SD card and everything else on the USB stick?

put both wiiflow and nintendont on the sd. Apps on SD and games on USB but you can put everything on sd if you want
