Hacking wiiflow usb HDD installing

I've used the wad manager for the Nforwarder and now I have the Wiiflow channel. when I click it on the screen goes black for a few seconds then goes back to the wii menu. My understanding is that the Nforwarder is suppose to start Wiiflow by first looking on the sd card then the HDD. I have Wiiflow on my HDD. I've read all of the readme files on the Nforwarder and the Wiiflow,and can't seem to understand what I'm doing wrong. Can someone shed some light?

make sure the path file is correct

make sure the names of the folders/files are correct

Is your harddrive Fat32?

yes partitioned fat/wbfs

I've had it working on an sd card thru HBC but had conflicts with HBB

is hdd set to active

try deleting your wiiflow.ini file it may help to re-recognise your hard drive.
