You can try if it works with the slot 251, but I wasn't sure.
if you have 249 and 250, but you get DSI exception, there's a chance 251 will do the same.
But at least, you see that you still have the cIOS installed (let's hope they are the vWii cIOS, not the Wii version).

if you get DSI with slot251 too, then you can check the other link I gave, but there's no link to the mentioned homebrew, you'll have to find them yourself on wiibrew.org

And sorry, I'm sleeping and working most of the time :p
I'm on gbatemp only 4-5h per day.

You broke your console by installing Wii system files on a WiiU's Wii mode.
You followed the wrong tutorial and there's nothing to do to fix your console.
Sorry, your console is "semi-brick" in the sense that it still boot into vWii, but you can't reinstall homebrew, some official Wii games and channels might even not work anymore. It's more a full-brick than a semi-fixable-brick.

As @Cyan stated, your vWii console is now semi-bricked (possibly even fully-bricked).
Reading through the "stickied" threads would have led you to the following safe guides for your vWii:
