Hacking Wiiflow and Dual Partition Help

Okay so I have a Dual Partitioned 3TB HD with wiiflow ... except since doing that the wiiflow vWII application launches and goes straight back to the wii screen. Please help.

1.9 TB FAT32 and a 760GB NTFS

Did you ever figure this out? I'm running into the same situation (except I was going for two fat32 partitions).
