Definitely a Theme Editor would be Awesome as WiiFlow is 4.1 already......uny news on any updated themes???

Im working on a Mod cause i needs me sum new Themes :)
well for me it's been a little hard at this time to start one. they have been busting my nuttz at work. but i know the last few two i put out i need to tweak a little.( settings menu buttons over lap.). sorry for that guy's.
i also haven't had time to find out why wiiflow is running main menu of mplayerce when trying to play movies.(launching wise.).

Same here any chance there might be a Theme Template maybe or sum default .INI settings(Same here buttons overlapping, icon sizing is mismatched)....

Was Starnight updated for lastest version? I love this theme, but never found updates anymore =\.

Anyway, how do I set my default gc-loader? It was dios mios lite, but after I set Devolution for a game, Devolution became the default loader. The only way I can use dios mios now, is setting per game which loader to use.

This is exactly what I wanted to do. Even when cutting down ROM lists to just US roms, some systems have hundreds and having it with a list would make things incredibly easier. Also, having a jump to next letter control option would speed things up incredibly for emu's with huge lists.

An alternative would be being able to place titles for the left/right flows also.
The jump to next letter already exists. Press B on the right or left softbutton.

hello all, I've asked this before several months ago and the answer was no, but perhaps things have changed - has anyone created a category file for wiiflow that sorts the wii library based on their average rating from a ratings site like metacritic?
95-100 AAA Titles
90-95 AA Titles
85-90 A Titles
..
..
0-50 Shovelware
etc.
I think your best bet is to create your own category file in this case. It's really simple. If you like I can set up the categories file for you, but you'll have to give me the full list, don't skip the title categories with ".." That way you can just add the titles you want into each category within WiiFlow, which is fast and easy. All you will have to do is look up your games on metacritic and add it into the right category. I for one am not interested in this but it shouldn't stop you from making it for yourself. You'd be much happier right? ;)
Oki guys... it's been a long time Orchid was not updated...

it's time to take it.

we are pleased to offer an official version, really an official version... no joke

http://tgames.fr.nf/hbwii/wiiflow-orchid-theme-t11815.html

any reports are welcome
Fantastic, can't wait to try the latest theme out as well. Besides this theme my most anticipated and favorite theme remains StarNight. Thanks Ayatus for giving us a version to try out until the official StarNight is released. It seems I get to play with several themes this evening. This is great news :)

Hopefully this inspires more theme updates. Maybe now would be a great time to ask these guys how to tweek themes for those that are looking to enhance their themes ;)

EDIT : Can someone with a Mac or with Linux try these scripts out with this and REPORT BACK PLZ? I don't actually have either one to test to see if they'll work with those OS's. I'd like to include something for those OS's that you can just click on instead of manually opening up a terminal when I'm too lazy to pack my JAVA apps into JAR files :P .

I've made a little editor program for the source menu

http://www.mediafire.com/?5v19j5v5xfu1e11

Here's a screenie
source-screenie-jpg.2454

It will let you edit all the INI information for the source menu as well as conveniently select from a list of plugins you have to automatically put the right magic number in place. It will also let you add or remove whole pages or remove a single button. There are tooltips for general instructions.

Point your mouse at a button to see it's "selected" image.

I works with Windows, Mac and Linux as long as they have Java installed (link for Java included)

It will first ask you to select your WiiFlow folder and if it can't find either the source_menu folder or the plugins folder it will as for further information.

Any errors please let me know in the corresponding thread
http://gbatemp.net/threads/maxternals-wiiflow-plugins-and-java-apps.344802/
I'll add the download there as well when I can.
Since the 4 people that downloaded these scripts haven't reported back to say if they work by just clicking on them on Mac and Linux (those 4 may not even have GBATemp account, who knows) I went ahead and added them in with the main download link in case any Mac or Linux users wanted to know where they could get them now that the separate download links were moved from my first post.

I softmodded my Wii following at the end of March last year without any problems. The Wii system software version was 4.2U, I downgraded it to 4.1U. I put the backups of games in Iso or Wbfs format under the x:\wbfs folder in the my WD My Passport 1.5TB which is formatted to ntfs. I had some problems loading some games using WiiFlow, got the DSI exception error. So I updated to the current version of WiiFlow at that time following this guide to install it (https://sites.google.com/site/wiiflowiki4/installing-wiiflow) and this guide to install the d2x cios (http://code.google.com/p/d2x-cios/wiki/How_To_Install). After that every game ran just fine. I did not play in my Wii for a month or more after that.

A few days ago, I tried to play some games but none of them play anymore. I get a black screen and return to the system menu after some time. I tried loading some games from my Transcend 64GB Jetflash500 flash drive and also installed the latest version of WiiFlow (4.1.2) and still get the same problem whether I load it from HBC or from the forwarder channel. I have installed WiiFlow a few times already but it does not fix the problem

I tried with v9 of d2x cios but still get the same problem.

I can run games from the SD card but not from my external hdd anymore. Another thing is that my external hdd is now almost full. But more than month back when all games ran it was almost half empty.

A couple of questions - why did you downgrade to 4.1? Mods work perfectly on the latest 4.3(U).

Do you have Priiloader installed and configured to block disc channel and internet updates?

If you don't have updates blocked and have tried using the shopping channel it would have updated and wiped out the cIOS's needed. But the dump you listed shows the v8 cIOS's so that's probably not it.

You mention your WBFS folder is on an NTFS partition. How many partitions on the drive?

And where is your Wiiflow folder? Do you also have it on the hard disk or are you running it from an SD card?

I followed the wiihacks guide where downgrading to 4.1 was recommended.

I have Priiloader installed and configured to block disc channel and internet updates. The Wii is not connected to the internet anyway.

hdd has one partition only, wiflow folder is in sd card

Every game worked more than a month ago using the same settings, so I can't figure out what went wrong.

Is there any way I can remod?
