Hacking WiiConnect24 Problems

C'mon people! I just need to know if using NANDclean will ONLY take off Preloader (-and not wipe out my files or cioscorp). I'm trying to conduct an experiment and see if Preloader is the problem with WiiConnect 24 not giving blue lights during standby mode.

I have exactly the same problem with the disc spinning and wii connect 24.

Saying "C'mon people!" isn't going make things go faster, your messing with your nad here i would highly recommend backing up your nad even with preloader installed, just in case something goes wrong during the process so u don't brick your wii. then once its removed back it up again without preloader.

And the methods even if they remove cioscorp, it can easily be reinstalled.
