(1) I am hoping for definite answers to some strange happenings in my Wii system and speculation regarding same will not help. I’ve had horseshoes stand on end and spin like a top with 2 players in the Summer Sports game. What is odd is that we were able to throw our final 2 shoes as the spinning horse shoe continued to spin. It stopped only when the demand for the next throws came about.
(2) Yesterday, the spookiest of oddities occurred during a baseball game in Wii Sports. It’s normal for Mii characters to look back occasionally at the person batting. It is done at a common speed when the Mii does look at you and then it’s on to the next. No big deal right?
What do you do though when your batter turns its head to look at you with a very slow and deliberate turning of the head and stares at you? My sister and I were so shocked by this that she wanted to quit and shut the console off! I was reminded of several scary movies I’ve seen and afterward we jokingly agreed that we expected its head to slowly continue its head turn for 360 degrees”.
(3) During a game of Frisbee my disk continued to spin in place on the fairway’s edge then started working its way down the course on its own. It just continued to spin while heading to parts unknown. After moving about 40 yards it finally stopped.
These weird occurrences have been spread out over three machines not just one. My Alexa+ AI says this is very uncommon and that I should get some expert input. That brings me to this forum. You can understand my hesitation in going the forum route because they are filled with the well intentioned, uninformed people who may be curious but have little to no training. I see these helpful responses in amateur radio forums but true technical answers are far and few between.
***These occurrences are bonified with witnesses. I don’t read ghost stories into the 2nd event, I just want to have a developer explain why this Mii would do something so off-program as to give us a threatening stare and turn its head back to the game as slowly as it did when looking back at us.
