Hacking Wii VC on Haxchi

Am I able to play wii vc titles on Haxchi?

Do they need to be installed to the system nand or can I install them on the USB hdd?

Also does the wii vc have to be the same region as your console?

You need CFW i think. Look Up MochaCFW
