Hacking Wii VC games won't boot.

My copies of mario galaxy 1 and 2 from the eshop don't load anymore when booted. Does this have something to do with the fact that I homebrewed vWii?
They'll boot up the little virtual console menu, then the wii logo, then like 2 frames of the second load and then my wii u just boots off.
Or is there some other reason?

reinstall the games. having hacked the vwii won't affect wii vc. I don't think you need to hack it to play those games.

Fixxed it by running the decffinator program.
