Hacking Wii U's vWii help (Getting it on) Backup

The guides have confused me.
I have successfully installed homebrew, now all thats left to run my Wii backup games is.... Yeah thats what I don't understand. I don't know what to do now that I have the homebrew application onto my vWii (Wii U). Can somebody help me. Yes I tried reading the FAQ guides.
