Hacking Wii Update 3.1

Yeah i saw that...but about modchips, i recently got a WiiKey (from gman's MKDS tourney

) and I'm wondering if i can install it and have it fully up-to-date using 3.1 (run the config disk ect.)

And modchips now violtate the TOS. Dunno if they did before. I actually read it. ALL.

The wiikey update works. I've not tried the config disc, but I can't see why it wouldn't work.

Using the keyboard now to respond on this thread. Games work fine.

(wiikey installed using logitech usb keyboard)

yeah, i have a wiikey... and without any thought or even reading the warning i just updated it.

everything works perfectly fine.

I haven't got a modchip in my Wii yet (Just waiting for some of the bigger games to drop to see if they work) but its good to know that the wiikey is going strong with these updates.

i have a question. i own a wii(pal)+wiikey+mp3 ntsc. i have used the "trick" with non-double-channel (waiting till it becomes 10-15% then cancel it etc.). is anybody there who has made the same procedure with mp3 and now do a wii upade to 3.1e? will there be some problems?

Hey, Dont bother - Download Metroid Prime 3 on PAL its out now

It also contains the 3.1E update
