Hardware Wii U Zelda bundle safe bet

I just want to know if the Zelda bundle is a safe bet? Everywhere I can see that the initial release date is end 2013 but did they re-release it after that time. Found a shop which still sells it so want to go out and buy it.

Just want to make sure it will have firmware less than 5.4.0

The Zelda bundle comes with FW3.0.1 in the PAL region. I haven't seen any reprints of it so far...

It indeed is 3.0.1 so rather happy with it.

One last question?
Since I now have 2 WiiU's how do I transfer my NNID and software to the new one.

I read that a system transfer is needed, but they both need to be at 5.5.0 (Can I spoof the one and then make a transfer?).
And I also read that the content is now linked to the NNID so if in the future it's possible to go online can I then link my account again?

Or am I just sh*t out of luck with my NNID?
