Hacking Wii U ver 5.1.1 ?

guys i have wiiU 5.1.1. what should i do if i want to play backup games thru SD using lodiing ?
should i update my wiiU ? and if i update it which version will i get ?

Like via the menu? You will get 5.5.1. Dont do that. Buy Splatoon.

yes you need the orignal splatoon to update to 5.3.2. the reason i say this is there is so much more for 5.3.2

So if i buy splatoon, by using that game i can update my wiiU to 5.3.2, but if i update my wiiU directly from the menu, my wiiU will get higher FW and which is not supported...correct ?

pop it in your system and launch it, it will ask to update and you say 'yes', keep your system offline at all times though. dont want to autoupdate!

And an advice, don't make your wii u connect to the internet yet. The console got auto-updates, be careful.

Great....But when i put splatoon disk in my system, at that time system needs to be connected to internet ? right ? then only it will download from internet....
And once it gets updated to 5.3.2, do i need to keep splatoon all time in my disk ?

nop, no need to connect to the internet, splatoon got the update on it. You'll need to configure your connection manualy in order to put Tubehax DNS (It blocks updates).

Excellent....so just to clarify , disconnect wiiU from internet - put splatoon - update to 5.3.2
And once its on 5.3.2, i can do the settings on my system so that it blocks updates for FWs, but my system can be online....Correct ?

correct. Once updated you wont need the splatoon any more.

Okay. so i bought splatoon, when insert the disk, it started installing update, but after that i noticed my wiiU shows 5.5.1 U on the upper right corner.
So it looks like my wiiU had already 5.5.1 installed.
What should i do ? Do i have any chance to run backups from SD using Lodiing ??
