You have 2 ways to fix it:

1. Send it back to Nintendo and hope they refurbish it.
2. Buy a new WiiU.

Regardless of what you think, there is no way to repair your unit. You have 0 access to vWii, and no exploits exist on the WiiU side to make any changes anywhere. The vWii is not the Wii, none of its methods work due to encrypted system titles. This exact line of thinking is what caused your system to brick in the first place. You CANNOT replace vWii system titles with Wii ones.

Yeah no. Impossible. You can't just put system files on a usb and expect it to miraculously work. That makes no sense

Check your PM. Use YAWMM with any of the CIOS (249-251) to install it. Reboot the console and try updating.
