I been looking around for the last hour or so trying out a few things before i posted this help. Just before this 4.0.2 update all my Wii backups worked on my Wii U they show up in the loader but all games just go black screen then back to the Vwii menu. I have re-installed the CIOS i have tried cleaning out the files on the SD card and even tried my old housing for my hard drive. I am running Wii Flow 4.2 with a FAT32 hard drive with just Wii backups on it.

Make sure you only have ONE Hdd connected to your Wii u in the most inward back usb slot.
Remove any other devices from your usb ports.

If it worked before the update is should work now as nothing has changed for vWii.

can someone lock this i dont need help with it anymore i just threw away the Wii U along with the hard drive

You couldn't get one thing working, so you threw away your HDD and Wii U. Yeah, that sounds true.

This is a troll thread.

Don't you ever throw our your smartphone if it drops a call or your TV when the cable/Satellite goes out? I know I do, it beats buying a new one, right?

Well, we don't make a habit of locking threads just because the TC no longer needs help. Someone else may need help with a similar issue. The discussion isn't your property and won't be disposed of at your convenience.

If it truly wasn't your intent to troll, you should have no problem allowing others to benefit from this discussion.

I locked it because other users couldn't benefit from it, there's no provided solution except "don't use it anymore, problem solved", and the conversation wasn't going anywhere.
razielleonhart: if you still want help or to help other users with a real solution, PM a mod and we will open it.
