Misc Wii U transfer.

I have two Wii U, one on 5.5.0 and the other one on 5.3.2
Can i move my savedata, mii's, and also NNID to 5.5.0 to 5.3.2 one?
If yes, how?

There should be a Wii U transfer in the settings menu. And you can move your savedata and miis over SD card.

The system transfer utility requires both Wii Us to be fully updated
