I have an european Wii U with CBHC and i have installed some JP games. Can I update them from the console? And can I play online with them?

You cannot use different region games. CFW or no CFW games will not work. So, no, you cannot update.
Stick to the EUR region games.

still doesn't answer if he can update a different region Title from his own region eshop.

I never tried, so the answer is only based on my logic understanding of the console.
update : no
online : yes

I'm not sure the console would know there's an update for your game, the console retrieve a list of game updates available for your console region, when you launch a game it checks in this list to prompt for update if needed, and therefore it will not see any update.
I think you won't have an update prompt at all, you'll need to update manually using CDN download (JNUSTool is great for updates only!) and WUP installer.

No idea for online, I'd say there is no problem (whether it could be connection or ban).

There no problem for online with out-of region games.
I remember installed out-of region games ARE prompting for an update if there one, but can't process it. So use funkiiu to get them.
If not using haxchi but with a wiiu regionhaxed, out-of region game installed with a valid ticket will run without having to run browserhax.

I have installed all 3 Taiko no Tatsujin games for Wii U and they work

Thank you. So, if I play online with non EU games, Nintendo will ban me?

Probably no, since they don't really care about the Wii U, haven't seen any ban related to the Wii U lately.

I don't think you'll get banned, except if you cheat online. (or even that, they don't care anymore?)
playing out of region game online have never resulted in a ban.
we could even play unreleased games online (dumped before official release date, because retailers sold the game earlier) without being banned. but it's now a ban reason on 3DS/Switch.
