there are 3 ways to play n64 on wiiu
1 wiiu vc inejcts and official
2 wii64/not64 emulators, they are wii emulators but work on wiiu specialy with fowarder channels to wiiu menu itself
3 wiivc official and injects, some games were not released for wiiu and only for wii and again they work on wiiu vwii mode just fine.
by using a mix of the 3 methods you can get most games to work, some games however dont work at all
