Hardware Wii U installed firmware

Hello I'm about to buy a Wii U this month but I'm afraid that consoles will be >5.3.2.


I'm currently seeing Splatoon and Super Mario World bundles, worrying that they may be new batches with >5.3.2 firmwares.


Are there reports that the said bundles come with newer firmware brandnew?
