Homebrew Wii U Homebrew without Internet?

Hey Guys,

im new here! I bought a Wii u without a Gamepad. So i cant connect the wii u to my internet.
Is it possible to install homebrew (disc2app, WUP-installer) without internet on the Wii u?

Not only you need a network connection (not necessarily with internet access), ut you need a gamepad to run Mii Maker (which is the title the browser exploit HBL injects over)

It's not from what I know but also you want the gamepad, you can basically turn it into a monster handheld with anything from Gamecube to PSX (Yes a lot of games work look it up) and Retroarch.

Can't you just put a Wii U NAND with Homebrew on an SD card and get Homebrew that way?
