connecting japanese v-wii to internet

a little over a year ago i bought a japanese wii u,the wii u connects to the internet without issue but the v-wii is stuck looking for the access point infinitley.ive tried entering the details manually,phone hotspot. and ive also tried to fix the date and time but it just reverts to the incorect time after a reboot.what do i do?

By default, vwii has no internet setting exposed, it shares the same settings with WiiU. If you can manually change the internet setting then you have priiloader+aroma installed.

Even with these setup, vwii will hung when trying connecting to the hotspot, just don't do the searching under vwii, 100% stuck and hung guaranteed.

What you need is just make sure you can connect to the internet under WiiU, and in WiiU's system settings the connection used has both WiiU/Wii icon, which means vWii can also use it.

okay i understand what it was now, when i try to connect my wifi to the wii u it basically my wifi is too modern to connect to the wii part of the system
