Heya! Recently started hacking my Wii U through the vWii to play GameCube games and hopefully Wii games too eventually.
I got it cracked, Homebrew Channel and Nintendont is installed and the games are formatted correctly on a FAT32 USB.
I load the games via Nintendont and it works perfectly fine.

So I want to get USB Loader GX since I would like different settings for each game and a nice GUI. (Since some games don't work with 480p progressive scan mode or in widescreen)
I get it installed, it had some errors detecting the games but then I formatted it to FAT32 after reading some posts on here.

Now all the games show up fine, and some load perfectly fine, such as Animal Crossing (PAL) and Billy Hatcher (PAL) but some don't like Super Smash Bros. Melee (PAL), Alien Hominid (NTSC).
Then I update the wiitdp file to fix the names and suddenly most don't load at all. Animal Crossing still works but barely anything else does.
I try loading Billy Hatcher or any one of the other games and Nintendont throws me a CheckForMultiGameAndRegion(), can't read .iso error. I've seen loads of people with this issue but they end up not being able to load the files from Nintendont itself, usually due to bad formatting, but I can fine. I thought it was a region issue but I can load Alien Hominid from Nintendont directly and some PAL games don't load from USB Loader so I figure that can't be it.

I have no idea why the TDP file might affect what games I can load and why I seemingly can't load specifically from USB Loader GX.
Can anyone help?

I have a PAL Wii U by the way.
