Kinda, if your talking about how crediar used ryu in ssb4 he basicaly replaced the existente slot ids for the new fighters so while you kinda gained acess to it you have to loose something in the process too, also those hacks arent released so if anyone wants to do that they need to know advanced stuff to try for themselves.

Until Hykem himself announces any sort of release date, you should ignore any comments from his so-called 'friends' who say that his releases are on X date.
For now, it is assumed to be released before February.

You can hack the vWii no problem, they are completely separate as far as hax are concerned.

Can confirm, just finished hacking my vWii yesterday. Got emuNAND set up again for USBLoaderGX and am confirming it when I get home. Just make sure you use vWii WAD's/exploits and not regular Wii ones. Use the guides in the stickies in this section so you don't brick it, but if you do the WiiU side of the console will still work.

Not really. it's hacking questions. Pretty sure others talked about this too. I'm not asking for rom downloads or anything or where to download dlc.
