but we can still pause the game with the "pause" button, or doesn't the code handler support it yet?

Of course you can still pause it, the codehandler doesn't interfere with that.

EDIT: But the codehandler does not yet implement the TCPGecko pause button

Usually vgmstream should do the work just fine! ;)
I used it to convert the DKCTF and HW BGM crediar provided! :P

@Dr.Crygor 07 Try it in a "simple" directory e.g. C:\music\filename.csmp ;)
If it still doesn't work maybe it isn't a music files after all? (or just isn't supported by vgmstream! ^^')

Still having the error
I think there is a method as @crediar successfully dumped music files from this game

The problem with vgmstream the format detection works by using the fileextention AND magic bytes.
So to get them working you have to use .ddsp this will only work for stereo tracks, .dsp for mono anything else doesn't work without messing around with the GENH stuff.
 
So i must rename the file to .ddsp or .dsp and add/change the magic byte, right?
Can so someone give me the magic bytes for it, please?
