I searched everywhere on the internet but I couldn't find anything about the battery pinout so I found a solution myself.
Since there is no original battery in my country and I cannot bring it from abroad by cargo, I bought a random 5000 mah li-ion battery.
First i connected only + - battery pins and it's worked but i cannot charge the battery with charger it's bilinking orange it's means "bad battery" so it wont charge.
so i measured it with a working battery in my hand and found the resistance values by gnd so in the motherboard of gamepad we need to solder 2 resistors in test point.
Pinout:
TP127 = gnd 110k resistor
TP122 = gnd 10K resistor

I put heat shrink tube on the resistors so that they do not short circuit also hot glue for stability
i also have a type c mod for charging

I hope it helps someone.

Great work!
Maybe a silly question here:
So only connect + and - from battery with leads and solder them to the red and black points on your pic will do?

As for the GND, I do not see them clearly, any suggestions around the board?

If you connect + and - then yes it will work but you can't charge it.

You can connect the resistors in the same place as the battery's - (gnd) in port

If the connector isn't proprietary, a more modern solution can be created without even opening the gamepad.
I searched for the connector but couldn't find it anywhere. If anyone knows, that would be great.
Have u found anything about the connector?

They say to not only use the connector but also some PCB from an original battery here: https://gbatemp.net/threads/wii-u-controller-10-000mah-internal-battery-mod.606314/

Need to have a look but I might have one or two old (almost no capacity left) original batteries to ship to peope in europe as a x-mas gift if interrested. Might even solder the PCB and connectors out and ship them only (as a letter) if someone tells me what exactly needs to be desoldered. :)
