Hacking Wii u can't update, error 105-3012

Basically I messed up the vwii nand, I tried to region change the vwii using decaffeinator, but my Wii u is Japanese and has the update error from the first batch of Japanese Wii u, so the vwii menu was gone and I couldn't update the console to restore it, I managed to install another vwii nand using the same Japanese region and regenerating the settings.txt with decaffeinator, but I can't install the Wii u update fix WAD because yawmm gives me console id mismatch (understandable, I'm not using my original nand), but is there any way to fix the updates by using ftpiiu to change a file to allow the updates? Or am I stuck like that
