The consol is not modded jet but the mii maker is corupted.
@Rick Astley I have the same problem as he had. But the Mii maker wont show up in JNUSTool @GaryOderNichts . If i get the rasberry i will try it with UDPIH but till then i need to find a copy of the mii maker.
Thankful for every help!

We cannot provide it as it is technically copywritten content.

oh ok, but can you guys help me convert a USA copy to a EU. Or is it harmfull to a non modded consol to install a USA copy on an EU consol?

Has to be from the same region. And you wouldnt be able to install it on a non-modded console anyways.

Is there a way of setting up a consol without the mii maker? Becasue the consol doesnt crash until I reach this step in the setup of the consol.

First of all: your problem indicates a problem with the eMMC. I am assuming you are getting 160-0103.
Just reinstalling Mii maker isn't the proper fix and could lead to a even worse thread.
See the appropriate guides on how to fix that. It can even be done without UDPIH, by the use of Dnspresso. You also will be able to region change in the process, by just using the titles for the desired region during the mlc setup.

Also Mii Maker can be downloaded using JNUS, you have to specify the title ID on the command line. (But you don't need to do that when using the appropriate guide)

But i cant find the DATA CORRUPTION or MEDIA ERROR in my logs so I am not sure if its a failing eMMC

Thanks for the help!

Almost every log has DATA CORRUPTION, here 20.log for example:
Code:

Thank you for your great tutorial!!! I have saved the wii u!
I was wondering if the 32 GB SD Card isn't big enough. Could I upgrade it in the future ?

You mean the SD you use as MLC? You would need to rebuild when you resize the mlc partition
