Hacking Wii U 5.5.1 loadline without internet connection?

Is it possible to start loadline without any internet connection? My second wii u is currently on 5.5.1 and i dont want to risk an update to 5.5.1+.

Isn't it a web exploit? It's going to require the internet in some way, shape or form, even if you self host.

It's possible if you connect your Wii U to your PC over the network and don't allow accessing the Internet for the Wii U.

Just unplug the WAN of your internet router and use your LAN to connect.
