I noted some of them, I think dark wii was one of them, spin enabled channel border is a bit small, so it doesn’t border the channel, it’s inside the channel
where as others don’t have this with spin and it settles/finishes animation as a border — this was a few weeks ago though, I wasn’t sure if it was intentional or not but I didn’t like the offset personally compared to the spin enabled themes that don’t seem to have it
Hello there, I just created, downloaded and installed:
dark_wii_purple_4.3U_fastspin.csm
dark_wii_original_4.3U_fastspin.csm
black_pirate_v2_4.3U_fastspin.csm

And all of them works fine and the fast spin looks good:

Oh, well that’s good! I apologize for that, I should have had more details before I made a comment, I’ll have to test them out again and check back here later

Have tested a few of them now, sorry for the delay!
I've encountered it all the Dark Wii themes I've tried using regular spin, not fast:
Dark Wii Original 4.3U
Dark Wii Blue 4.3U
Dark Wii Green 4.3U
Dark Wii White 4.3U
Dark Wii Orange 4.3U (seems slightly less offset, but still borders *inside*)
Black Pirate V2 4.3U

I chose Matrix as a random one to test(that seems unrelated to dark themes, if maybe a template was used)
but all the Spin/No Spin modes are static no spin for Matrix theme
maybe intentional but I'll have to try more later if I get the chance
I'm guessing its the template used for the slower spin

Pirate theme hovered(after the animation finishes) -> fast spin left vs regular spin right:

Dark Wii Original, from left to right
no hover -> hovered with fast spin -> hovered with regular spin

so i didnt make any of the themes

@diddy81 was one of the people who helped make the darkwii themes.

@diddy81 was this above intentional or did you have no idea about the channel outline ?

I had no idea that the slow spin outline did this those theme addons were made before i joined the team so I never had a reason to look at them.
I have fixed the file on my end you can grab it here or in my theme thread
Posted wrong link it's fixed now

So this should be used in all cases\themes instead of the older one, is that right?

Thanks!

edit: you refer to a slow spin outline, but the download provided is for the non-spinning outline...?

Only had the time to test 2 of them, it seems a bit on the slower side but the two I tried: Pirate Theme v2, and Dark Wii Original with reg spin are looking great
Thanks guys! @diddy81 @scooby74029 :grog:

Released

v2.0.8 - added 5 new themes - updated first post

270 theme to choose from .

Update - I have 4 themes to get working without causing freeze or black screen issues
finish my first theme green yoshi
all themes are added to site now that i know of

coming soon

i will start a request thread and start making new themes .

Info Update

I would like to let everyone know I will be going through every theme to make sure they are 1. for all regions
2. complete themes on wii/vwll

1. Check all mym files for all regions in mym where applicable.
ex. health screen

2. What I mean by this is in the vwii content files there are some extra .ash files.
setupsel2.ash and diskbann2.ash exclusive to vwii
I am going to rework all the mym files to include these so vwii themes will be exactly as they are on the wii.

Ill keep updates here on where i am on the theme list.
When ill start etc...

Thank You.
