Ok i dont understand When it says "Place your images in the same location as the original
    - Your new image should have the same filename, but be .PNG
    - You do not need to delete the original TGA files
    - You do not need to make an extra of every file" AND
"Images must have the same filename as the original
    - Images must be of PNG extension, not TGA or any others
    - Images must be the same dimensions as the original
    - You do not need to replace every image.
    - You do not need to convert images you are not replacing from TGA
    to PNG."

Wii system menu editor? Never heard of it
But what is it that you don't get?
If it says same location, just put it in the same folder the original image is

Ok. I think you're talking about the easy theme package.
When you want to edit an image, the name of the new image must be the same as the original, except that the extension must be png.
Let's say you're editing an image called "my_back_pic_a.TGA". You have to name the new one (for the theme) "my_back_pic_a.PNG".
If "my_back_pic_a.TGA" is a 480x680 image, then the new one must be 480x680 too.
If you only want to edit some images, you don't have to copy each TGA to PNG.

I personally use a BAT file to convert my TGA files for themes... (also not to poke my nose in but i think back pic is 544x408 in res)

Don't convert them or rename them, just put your new image there with that name but png extension.
