Hacking Wii Shop wont work

i'm currently on 3.2 and i have tried using that ios51 thing to update the shop, but the shop still asks me to update
what do i do

it does both in one application. its super easy to run and it works perfectly.
there is no harm done if you reinstall an IOS that you already have.

i know it does, but do i have to install both to get the shop working? My nets at 64kb/s atm so i want to minimise the amount of things i need to download

three? it is just IOS51 and the ShopInstaller.

figured out why it's not working.
I get a "tcp error: timed out" or something like that, it flashes pretty quick.
I think its because of my internet connection.
Is there anyway that i can predownload the files and install them from the sd card?

Ok, i found the files that the wiishop uses .
I just need a way to isntall them on the wii.
the files look a little bit similar to the cIOS files, but not the same.
