Homebrew wii scrubber help me plz

I aint got a clue if i am in wrong topic or not? so i apologise if i am, i am louise and im totally stuck, tryin to do a game "the fitness" one its compressed and i have gone by the instructions i think to unscrub the iso, but it cant find the dif file.... please anyhelp, i wanna try and get fit again lol
