Wii Preloader stuck

Hi! so I bought this Wii from marketplace, and when i turned it on it just showed the preloader menu. What should i do?

This is mostly for dolphin but wii users can use it with the instructions.txt in these files.

At 6:35 EST this has one file, you can help us by giving us the download link to your file in the replies.
