The white remote is having more problems
Not connecting to nunchuck but I hope it's just extremely dirty

I'm going to see if I can clean it I hope I don't need to solder anything as my awesome friend solders but he's very busy

Yes it's not detected

Even I plug it up, nothing on the nunchuk works

I opened it up and I think the soldering looks weird as it's not shiny

That blue color on PCB is a strong indicator of Corrosion. But it shouldn't be a real issue given the tiny amount of Copper Oxide, so it shouldn't be the problem.

A nunchuck has 5 (or 6?) wires soldered in the proprietary connector, so the problem it's probably there, in your Nunchu's cables, not the Wii-mote.

Well that's totally unexpected. Your Wiimote doesn't look damaged beyond the blue copper oxide stains. Then probably corrosion in that plug.

If you've access to multimeter, check "FIL4" for continuity (no beeping means broken Fuse) and ultimately, reflow solder points in Wiimote plug.

If that doesn't fix then you have a problem with your board.

I mean the inside or outside doesn't look extreme as well

I still stand firm that someone tried to practice soldering on the port but was sucky
