Hardware Wii not syncing to wiimotes

Right my son's wii was dropped a while ago and since then it has been fine but now the wiimotes will no longer sync to it since they have been used on another wii

I've read that the bluetooth chip can become dislodged so i have checked that and it is plugged in properly but still no connection can be made to the wii

I've tried everything on the nintendo website about holding the sych butoon down for 15 seconds to clear it but it still don't work

Can anyone help me sort this out please as my son is doing my head in now

if you can't get it working call nintendo and see if they can help you out. even if your out of warranty give them a call. my wiis warranty was expired and they gave me a one time extension. im sure they'll do that for you if your polite.

Thanks for your input but i have since found the problem and repaired it

For anyone else how has this problem it is more than likely to be the bluetooth module in the wii i have replaced mine and all is working again
