Hi! I'm using Nintendont on my NTSC wii and I've recently bought a component cable from bitfunx. My TV shows resolutions up to 1080p and my wii is set to 480p.When I try to boot gamecube games they run as usual until the Enable Progressive Scan screen. If i choose no, the game continues as normal, but if I choose Yes, the game instantly freezes. I've tested it with 3 games already. Also, if I chose the Force Progressive Scan option, whenever I boot any game the cable signal gets lost. Does anyone knows how to fix this?

Sounds like either bad dumps, or broken emulator.

Try downloading Nintendont again, and delete all .cfg files (related to Nintendont) and see if that fixes the issue.

If using dumb USB Loader GX or WiiFlow... yeah, I guess it's expected.

The game freezes? Like, they crash?
Or "freezes" as in "can hear the game but can't see" ???

I recently got a Bitfunx Rev2 HDMI adapter and went through the same problem until I found the solution in a thread right here on the forum.

"nintendont-and-a-question-about-video-modes"

For some reason, this happens when the video mode is set to automatic. To fix it, just change it to one of the options you think works best.

My settings on Nintendont:
Force Progressive: On
Vídeo: Force
Videomode: NTSC

Tests 480p
Chibi
Smash Animelee mod
Zelda MQ
