Gaming wii netflix/hulu issues?

For the past, I don't know, 2 months I've had this really weird problem with netflix on the wii.
About every 20-30 minutes of watching anything, I end up getting connection errors and they don't go away until I restart the wii or the app itself. At first, I thought it was because I was using the old app, but then I upgraded.
Now, it still happens. I recently tried hulu plus, and I get the same problem, which makes me think it may be something wrong with the wifi chip in the wii itself, but I have no idea.
Anyone else have this problem, or know of a way to fix it?

My method may work. Try deleting Netflix and Hulu. Reset your modem/router. Then when internet connection comes back, reinstall it. See if it works.
