Hacking Wii modded with drivekey question

hi guys... yesterday i bought a White Wii, that one with GC controller ports and stuff for a bargain

it comes with a drivekey chip (WHICH IS AWESOME TO ME) and 4.2U

i already know it can play NTSC games, and ALL THE GAMES(NTSC of course) i tested so far work flawless

my question is... can i update to 4.3u and the mod chip still working?

i really dont want to use usb loader or other stuff

i imagine the drivechip would still work after the update

usb loading is better than the modchip though, so it doesn't really matter anyway
