Hacking Wii Mini Nintendont

Is it possible to put Nintendont on a USB or external HDD for the Wii Mini after doing the Bluebomb exploit? I'm wondering since my brother has a Wii Mini in storage somewhere and I'm thinking of doing that if it's possible. Thank you.

I have already seen that post, but it doesn't really answer the question if it has actually been done. I'll probably end up doing it myself on my free time and seeing if it works.
