Homebrew Wii menu wont load on dolphin emulator

I tried fixing it but it still doesnt work, any suggestions?
Edit: When try to pass the health and safety screen, it completely freezes up
Edit 2: I fixed it but ended up deleting everything on the emulation

Have you tried updating the Wii Menu on Dolphin with Tools > Perform Online System Update?

I tried when it was bricked, but when I installed the system menu with a wad file (I dont remember what it was called) it worked
