Gaming Wii Menu new function

Hi i want to know more information about Wii hacking im new in this topic, but i got 1 question, Whit the last update for the Wii you can play Virtual Console games from your SD card, so my question is are they already dumped games of the virtual console like the DS?
And if they are, it will be possible to play it on the Wii just drag and drop??

There are pirated vc/wiiware games yes.
They come in .WAD format. You put that on SD and install them using Wad Manager. Then it will be a channel in the Wii menu. Then you can move it to SD.

Quick notice:

If you already updated to 4.0 and didn't had cIOS 36rev8 or 9 and HBC installed, forget it, to play WiiWare/VC you downloaded!
